Our initial sales process was painless and easy. We purchased a Carrier Mini Split unit and the Sales Rep. was knowledgeable and answered our questions. They delivered the unit to us within a week very well packaged and minimizing the chances of shipping damage from the trucking company.Fast forward a while and our AC unit decided to break. Our AC repair person diagnosed a busted compressor and coil. I called up AC Outlet and was only wanting to get a copy of my original receipt and ask them for the contact info of carrier so I could get parts warranty from the manufacturer. Turns out they have an entire warranty department to handle support even after sales. I'm thoroughly shocked since most online businesses defer you to the manufacturer. The level of service I received was excellent.Noreen was the best and handled our warranty issues quickly and efficiently. Although the purchase of the carrier mini-split unit from them was quite some time ago, Noreen did everything she could to help us out with an advance exchange, handling all of the paperwork and reporting the issue to the manufacturer, and getting the parts to us in time.When the parts arrived, again, everything was well packaged and in perfect condition. Very professional.We were about to send the parts back at our cost, but Noreen suggested that we wait and see if the manufacturer would credit the parts back and require us to return the parts or not, she was trying to save us money and definitely went above and beyond our expectations.After some time, we still ended up sending the parts back, but just the fact that she was trying to help us save money felt good. After the parts were returned we received a refund to our credit card very promptly.All in all, this company is very responsible, and professional from the initial sales process to post sales warranty support and even shipping. If in the future we need more AC equipment, we will definitely be coming back here.
