The Goodman GPCH3 Series Packaged Air Conditioner delivers dependable, energy-efficient cooling in a single, self-contained package unit. Designed for durability and long-term performance, the GPCH36031 is housed in a heavy-gauge, galvanized steel cabinet with a high-quality, UV-resistant powder-coat finish to help protect against corrosion and harsh outdoor conditions. This unit supports both ground-level and rooftop applications and is approved for use in manufactured, mobile, and modular homes. THIS ITEM IS NOT A HEAT PUMP.
